We provide you with a bespoke platform for your tenants to report faults. Our reporting app securely (SSL encrypted) holds all account information and all faults logged under each tenant. Details of each fault are sent instantly to you via email.
Smart Tenant allows you to add your logo and change the colour scheme to suit your company branding. Additionally contact telephone numbers for office and out of hours can be also be added.
We can provide you with all of the materials and resources you need to let your tenants know just how to use your new reporting App.
